Chavez earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, then worked at Arthur Anderson as a CPA, taking five companies public and expanding Gaming (casinos) throughout the world. In 1996 he established his own CPA firm, growing the business through 2007 with offices in Las Vegas and San Diego by applying the principles in the Scaling Up system.
