Chelsea’s role at Assured Strategy is to manage internal operations. She obtained her B.S. in Business Management from University of LaVerne, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Chelsea’s Leadership experience extends to managing teams, overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices. She has a track record of driving quality improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to her business expertise, Chelsea has worked in clinical settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, and treatment centers.
