Jon has been coaching entrepreneurs, executives, and leadership teams to deliver superior results and have distinctive impact for over 18 years. Prior to that, Jon coached leaders, managers, and aspiring entrepreneurs as the Founding Director of the Fisher College of Business Center for Entrepreneurship. He has many client case studies and testimonials from those 18 years that prove his profound value to clients in driving strategy, alignment, execution, and accountability. 

Jon has worked with clients in a variety of industries. His progressive degrees in engineering and management systems from Clarkson University and education at The Ohio State University provides him with a unique understanding and influence regarding the psychology of team dynamics, team learning, team alignment, team accountability, team productivity, and team growth. 

During his long career as a coach, Jon has helped client companies in fabrication, manufacturing, landscaping, aviation, healthcare, education, entertainment, software, banking, housing, marketing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, language translation, financial services, contact center, IT services, and the print services industries. His long-term purpose in life is to activate leadership passions, styles, and skills to do great things.
