She has over 6 years of marketing experience and has led a variety of strategic efforts such as social media management, event planning and support, brand management, website and graphic design, print advertising, and more. In her last position, she excelled in franchise upstart and process management, and transitioned a small, local business into a multi-location franchise under her marketing direction.
Sophia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Integrated Studies from the University of North Texas, and this dynamic degree allowed her to specialize in Marketing, Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior. Her creative, fun personality coupled with her philosophy that all marketing efforts should be based on data and analyzed often to determine success and improvement points empowers her to excel in her role. Sophia performs a variety of tasks such as creating content, monitoring metrics of campaigns, managing SEO/SEM activities, developing marketing funnels, designing and implementing email campaigns, managing company social media accounts, designing promotional materials, and more.
