Joe Bennett


Joe Bennett has 20 years of on-the-ground and strategic experience with Operations Management, Strategic Planning and Process Improvement.  His expertise is brought bear through the use of teaching, coaching, mentoring and hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” implementation.  He specializes in teaching and coaching executives and middle-managers to rise to their full potential by helping them see “under the hood”.  One of the many comments from Joe’s proteges is, “I’m so grateful for the wisdom and guidance you shared.  I literally use something from all of your various teachings multiple times a day.”

Joe’s experience includes both the public and private sector.  He spent 12 years as a Naval Supply Corps Officer operating in the Western Pacific.  His Naval experience put him on the cutting edge of logistics, inventory management and budgetary challenges.  One of the ships that Joe served on became an award winning combatant ship in Supply Management Excellence.  His private sector experience is in the automotive industry and has worked in and led teams in transportation, production and material flow management, lean manufacturing implementations, purchasing, quality and engineering.  His work has led to award winning cultures and high performing results-driven teams.

Joe has a Master’s Degree in Logistics Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics.  Joe is a certified speaker, trainer and coach with the John Maxwell Team and is a certified facilitator of The Arbinger Institute’s course “Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset”.
