Char has quickly made a lasting impact in this new role as an organized and innovative team player. She is highly skilled at multitasking and keeping the team on track through actionable processes and procedures. She performs a variety of tasks that support the COO’s world including managing heavy calendaring across multiple time zones, assisting with client relations, keeping the COO well informed on tasks to ensure deadlines are met, developing processes to improve operational efficiency, assisting with the onboarding process of new and returning clients, managing software systems, and serving as the liaison to the rest of the coaches and staff. Char’s 15+ years of administrative support experience combined with her orderly yet encouraging personality allows her to excel in her role. Her interests outside of work include spending time with family, decorating, photography, and traveling abroad.
