Jane-Scott Cantus

Jane-Scott has over 30 years of experience working with Boards, CEOs, C-suite executive teams, and entrepreneurs who are implementing innovation-led tactics and developing competitive advantages through high-performing governance, strategy and leadership. She works with executive leadership teams at high-growth start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations in diverse industries.

Jane-Scott leverages her operating executive, consulting, and coaching experience to support clients in developing and executing vision, strategy, culture, organizational design, and leadership. She ensures alignment at the executive level and is committed to supporting her clients’ long-term sustainable growth through leadership development, including executive succession planning and recruitment.

Her academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Administration (Darden), and a Bachelor of Art in History from Duke University. She is also a member of the Virginia State Bar. As a Fellow at the Institute for Business in Society at Darden, Jane-Scott examined the relationship between C-suite executives and stakeholders, focusing on the impact of corporate strategic decisions on these constituencies and vice versa.

Additionally, Jane-Scott holds certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, the Collective Assessment and the Leadership System, the Integrative Enneagram 9, and Innermetrix ADVanced Insights (DISC, Values, Attribute Indexes). She is currently earning her certification in Scaling Up to further support the strategic growth and leadership development of her clients.
